North and West Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Workington
A WORKINGTON man is due to be sentenced for possession of Class C drugs, a court heard.
Daniel Sanior Hayfield, of Crosthwaite Court, was found in possession of Pregabalin - a controlled Class C drug - in Workington on November 9, North and West Magistrates' Court was told.
The 37-year-old is due to appear at North and West Magistrates' Court on December 17 for sentencing to allow a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
The drugs are to be forfeited to the court and destroyed.
Hayfield was granted unconditional bail ahead of the hearing.
