Power outage
This afternoon properties in a West Cumbrian town have reported suffering an electrical power cut.
Over 600 homes in Whitehaven have been affected by the power cut which was unplanned.
A spokesperson from ElectricityNorthWest said: "Engineers are on the way to try and restore supplies as quickly as possible."
People are urged to contact the team on 105 if they are somebody they know are in need of assistance.
