A local band is set to rock the stage.

Whitehaven Band Religion Of Tomorrow (R.O.T) will be playing at The Solway Hall Whitehaven, Saturday November 13, and will be bringing an adrenaline-fuelled night of rock music, sharing the stage with ‘Faux Fighters UK’ – a Foo Fighters Tribute band from Southend-On-Sea.

Religion Of Tomorrow are looking forward to playing to a decent-sized crowd and seeing everyone in person loving live music together, showing solidarity within their support network for local bands in Cumbria.

Religion of Tomorrow's bass player Richard Gill spoke ahead of The Solway Hall gig about how they are feeling ahead of the show, their latest single ‘United We Fall’ and setlist insights: “We are really looking forward to playing in front of a great crowd, that we know will bring awesome energy that we can bounce off.

"We have a great fan base in Whitehaven, and we know that people will spread the word for us about this gig”.

R.O.T.’s latest single ‘United We Fall was released on October 1, and currently has over 6,000 plays on Spotify, and is having fantastic airtime plays across many different radio stations up and down the country including ‘BBC Music Introducing in Cumbria’, ‘Emerging Rock Bands’ and ‘The Rock Factory’, just to name a few.

Richard continued: “We have had a great reaction to the new song, and the fab PR we’ve had has definitely helped.

"The radio plays have worked brilliantly which has led to promoters getting in contact, including one, for our first show in Wales.

“The setlist will be around 35 minutes, longer if the crowd make enough noise”.

Doors open at 7pm, Saturday November 13.
