PLANNING approval is sought for the extension of a property in Distington.
Copeland Borough Council has received an application for planning permission to extend Grace Villa, Distington by one storey.
Occupants Mr and Mrs Chan have submitted the application with assistance from Rheda Pumping Station Limited as the agent.
The dual single storey extensions to the kitchen and lounge will pave the way for a larger kitchen/family room and a sunroom.
Plans have also been received to change agricultural land behind 1, 2 and 3 Wilton Mews in Egremont into gardens.
The applicant, Mr Howard is the owner of 3 Wilton Mews.
An application for various works to trees covered by a preservation order has been submitted by Mr Slack of Underwood House, The Hill in Millom.
