CUMBRIA police have discovered a 'potential cannabis factory' in the city centre of Carlisle.
Police have seized a number of cannabis plants from a disused building in West Walls, Carlisle.
A spokesman for Cumbria police said: "Two men have been arrested and are currently in custody following an investigation launched this afternoon."
Motorists are being asked to avoid West Walls and it's junction with Victoria Viaduct, with the road currently closed as investigations continue.
