The pubs which will be open and closed during Appleby Horse Fair
As visitors will be flocking en masse to the Appleby Horse Fair from August 12- 15, it may be useful to know where is open for a pint.
The Three Greyhounds Inn will be closed from today intil Wednesday, August 18, 2021, due to a number of factors, but said it looks forwards to seeing its travelling regulars next June.
While returning visitors may be disappointed in this news, note that the following licensed premises will be open during the fair:
- Grapes Inn - 12.00pm until 6.00pm
- Kings Head - Closed on Thursday, August 12
- Crown & Cushion
- Hare & Hounds
- Midland Hotel
- Masons Arms - Long Marton
- Stag Inn - Dufton
- New Crown Inn - Bolton
- Butchers Arms - Crosby Ravensworth
- Sandford Arms
