WEST Cumbrian singer Nat Dempsey will release his latest single ‘Heresy’ adding to his growing collection of sounds.
Heresy is a track about having fun with friends and living life to the fullest.
Nat said : “the songs’ about having fun with friends, new experiences and it’s a sort of homage to life before lockdown.”
“to take a pause and consider what’s really important, which is connecting with people and having great experiences.”
Nat said the song is one which he wants people to be able to dance and relate to.
The former Keswick School student moved to Manchester to pursue music at university and has already grasped many chances
The 19 year old Indie and Alt rock singer from Asby has had previous success playing with some well-known names in the area, such as Springfield and The Lavetts.
Taking his inspiration from bands such as Maxïmo Park, Sonic Youth and Arctic Monkeys,
Nat said that he enjoys writing emotionally driven music that focuses on themes of social commentary.
The single will be released next Saturday, July 17 marking the artist's first release of 2021.
