COURT: Peebles will be sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court
A MAN will be sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court after admitting drug dealing and making a threat to kill a man and his family.
Kyle Ronnie David Peebles, 22, of Merith Avenue, Carlisle, appeared at the city's Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
He indicated he would plead guilty to charges of possessing cannabis at Carlisle on February 22, being concerned in the supply of cocaine, between March 3 and April 12, and cannabis on April 12, both in Carlisle.
He also admitted threatening to kill a man and his family members on May 5 in Carlisle, without lawful excuse.
Peebles was remanded in custody, will be sentenced for the offences at Carlisle Crown Court on July 7.
