Fitness fanatics can look forward to having permanently clean cars – thanks to a popular businessman's new venture.

Xtreme Fitness owner Lee Butterworth has expanded once again, introducing a new team of dedicated car washers to the mix at his Lillyhall gym.

Utilising the site’s pre-existing structures – including a purpose-built car wash, as part of the former Dobies car showroom – Lee he set out to make coming to the gym a one-stop-shop for his customers.

And now, thanks to the newly introduced service, gym goers can have their cars and vans professionally washed while they work out.

Offering new and fresh services while employing and investing in the local area is a top priority for Lee, and he's therefore thrilled to introduce his latest project.

He said: “Our new initiative won’t make us millionaires, but it's more so to provide another service for our amazing members.

"We always look to make it easy for them – they can come to work out, grab a bite to eat and a drink, get their car washed and have a good crack now!

“Knowing the effect covid has had on the employment rates we wanted to help create some much-needed jobs in the local area, with a focus on sustaining the jobs for future.”
