FORMER X Factor star Honey G has been spotted cycling in the Lake District and showing off her weight loss transformation on her Instagram account.
The former contestant has taken to social media to show off her weight loss and spoke of how regular exercise has been a real confidence booster.
Anna Gilford, her real name, shared a picture of her in full cycling gear following a recent trip to the Lakes, five years on from when she was on the ITV talent show.
