Copeland and Allerdale councils are helping tourism businesses embrace recovery at an event this Friday.
The two authorities are hosting a free online ‘breakfast briefing’ for any businesses that rely on tourism.
Topics will include business grants, how to reopen safely and legally, updates from tourism officers, and a Q&A session.
Copeland’s Portfolio Holder for Tourism, Cllr Steven Morgan, said: “The previous event was well attended and it was great to see businesses getting so much practical and accurate information at what is an unprecedented time for them.
“I look forward to speaking at Friday’s briefing and hearing about all the fantastic initiatives that are helping our visitor economy bounce back after the pandemic.”
The Zoom event runs from 8.30am until 10am.
