CUMBRIA Constabulary are appealing for information after a vehicle failed to stop following an accident near a Cumbrian town.
Cumbria Police say the incident, involving a pickup and a black Kia, took place on the A595 near the Thornhill Junction near Egremont in Copeland.
Nobody was injured in the crash.
A spokesman for Cumbria Police said: "Police are investigating a non-injury, fail-to-stop road traffic collision, which occurred on the A595 near the Thornhill Junction on Saturday 24th April at 2.45pm.
"It was reported that a silver flatbed pickup shed its load across the road and caused damage to a black Kia Stonic.
"Police are appealing for any witness or dashcam footage relating to this incident."
Anyone with any information, or who may have witnessed the incident, is encouraged to contact police on 101, quoting log number 100 of the 24 April.
Alternatively, witnesses can call the independent charity Crimestoppers, and remain completely anonymous, on 0800 555 111.
