YOUNGSTERS in Copeland were all smiles as they took part in Children in Need day on Friday.
Cleator Moor Nursery School celebrated the day by wearing their pyjamas and painting pictures of the iconic bear, Pudsey.
Mayfield School in Whitehaven took part in the fun, raising funds for the vital charity whilst decorating Pudsey faces and enjoying a pyjama day.
Denni and Kendall Lister of Bookwell School in Egremont took the opportunity to paint their faces and go to school as Pudsey, including his famous multi-coloured eye patch and polka dots.
Bookwell School raised a total of £176.50 in vital charity funds with their Children In Need efforts this year.
St James’ Church of England Infant and Nursery School in Whitehaven also took part, with children invited to wear non-uniform with collection buckets out on the route to school.
