BUSINESS owners who took part in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme are being encouraged to claim the funds that they are entitled to.
The UK Government is accepting weekly claims from businesses who participated in the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme until September 30.
Businesses are being encouraged to claim reimbursement for the discounts they offered while the scheme was running.
Diners were given a discount on food and drink on Mondays and Wednesdays between August 3 and August 31.
The scheme was designed to rebuild the hospitality industry following the country-wide coronavirus lockdown. Claimants will need the records taken on each day, the amount discounted and the period they are claiming for.
