STEAM has been reinstated at Sellafield after a one-month operation which followed a safe shutdown of the site.
A spokesman for Sellafield Ltd said: "The majority of buildings now have a full steam service.
"A handful of outlying buildings were still without routine steam supplies as of last Friday, but we are able to provide them with steam on request."
Last month the nuclear facility was placed into a "safe shutdown" after adverse weather overnight resulted in power dips.
This caused loss of steam supplies.
Many processes at the site are reliant on steam, including moving of nuclear materials.
Some welfare facilities including some showers, hot water and heating had also been impacted by the problems.
Site-based staff were required to report for work as normal despite the disruption and were asked not to contact the site shift manager.
