A 24-year-old has been fined more than £300 for being drunk and disorderly inside a Cumbrian hospital.
Mark Anthony Lansdowne was arrested and charged for his actions in the accident and emergency department at the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle.
He appeared before Carlisle’s magistrates’ court on Thursday and was found guilty of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

The court heard how the offence took place on February 19.
Lansdowne, of St John’s Court on Close Street in the St Aidans area of Carlisle, was fined £200 by the court.
Magistrates also ordered Lansdowne to pay a surcharge of £32 to fund victim services.
Finally, he must also pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
