South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow
A WARRANT was issued for the arrest of an 80-year-old man charged with historical child sexual assaults. Robert Talbot, of Mountbatten Way in Millom, is accused of three indecent assaults on a girl under 13 in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He failed to appear before South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
