ADVICE has been issued to the public on dealing with anxiety around coronavirus.
The NHS's Every Mind Matters online campaign is providing mental health support and guidance to the public online, including how to take care of your mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic.
NHS guidance on dealing with anxieties during the outbreak includes staying connected with friends and family, maintaining healthy relationships.
The Every Mind Matters website advises the public to talk about their concerns with others.
Supporting and helping others is also encouraged. A spokesperson for the NHS said: "Helping someone else can benefit you as well as them so try to be a little more understanding of other people's concerns, worries or behaviours at this time."
They added that it may help to feel prepared, structuring the day around the coronavirus measures.
"If you are continuing to stay at home then it can help to think through a typical week: how will it continue to be affected and what will you need to do to solve any problems?"
