A Cumbrian distillery is on the look-out for a whisky maker.
The Lakes Distillery, based at Bassenthwaite Lake, near Setmurthy wants a motivated individual to join their 'Whisky Team'.
Duties include: "Responsbility for hands-on production across all distillery functions" and "Ensure consistent distillation of all spirits."
The qualities needed for the role include: "High attention to detail, especially to quality standards and compliance systems, proactive, continuous improvement and problem-solving skills, technical and hands-on practical ability."
It also states: "Previous experience in whisky production and maturation would be an advantage but not necessary."
A full, clean driving license is needed.
