Maryport Blues Festival has given the Cumbrian community a lot of joy over the years.
Here we take a sneak peek back over some of the many festivals where musicians entertained and the crowds lapped it up in their hundreds.
The town's Shipping Brow was a popular destination for many revellers and was often packed out come rain or shine.
The festival attracted some of the biggest Blues stars in the world including Jools Holland, Elkie Brooks, Buddy Guy and Chuck Berry, and put the West Cumbrian town on the music map.
It was a weekend that many in the county looked forward to, so sit back and enjoy this little look back through our archives and see if you can spot any familiar faces enjoying their day and the music on offer.
