With the news breaking this week that pubs will once again be able to open from July 4, albeit with special measures in place, we thought it would be a good time to dig through our archive to years gone by when weekends out in West Cumbria were covered by one of our photographers.
Coronavirus has certainly put a halt on people's social lives over the past few months but this week we take you back to Pubwatch in Elliotts, Workington, before social distancing was an issue and everyone enjoyed a night out with friends.
Fashions may have changed over the years but let's see if you can still spot anyone you recognise in this selection of photos as people donned their glad rags and headed out to the pub.
