Dreams came true for 52,00 pop fans when they saw their idols perform on stage on Southampton Common.
The free outdoor concert made its sixth appearance on Sunday June 11, 2000, and organisers Power FM ensured it was the biggest up to that date.
The line-up was a who's who of the music scene in 2000 – Billie Piper, 5ive, Heather Small and Samantha Mumba were just some of the acts entertaining the crowd.
The biggest cheers of the day were reserved for Southampton's favourite singing son Craig David.
As well as belting-out his popular hits, he later appeared with his old mates Artful Dodger for a blistering performance of Re-Rewind.
As fans left Southampton Common, their faces said it all.
