Story Homes has now officially launched the second phase of its Strawberry Grange development in Cockermouth, with the first five properties now available for sale.

The development will consist of 224 new homes following on from the existing 96 homes which are part of the first phase of the award-winning development.

Strawberry Grange Phase 2 will showcase the new Story Collection house type range, which has been developed in response to feedback from customers and market demands.

The development will make an important contribution to the district’s housing supply, including the provision of 100 affordable homes available to rent or buy.

With well-proportioned interiors, homeowners will benefit from more space inside and out, as well as a high specification throughout.

The kitchens are fitted with fully integrated appliances, along with many other features included as standard, such as vanity units, bi-fold doors, paved patio areas and turfing.

The new house types at Strawberry Grange will include a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom properties, such as the four-bedroom detached Hewson and Emmerson, and the three-bedroom semi-detached Spencer and Harper house types.

In total there will be 12 new designs available to customers at the Cockermouth-based development, all of which have been named after staff who work for Story Homes.

There will also be one and two-bedroom affordable homes available at the development.
