A WOMAN from Barrow has pleaded guilty to theft and driving without a licence or insurance.
Chelsea Allen stole £69.50 worth of items from Ulverston Co-op plus an unknown amount of groceries from the Barrow store on February 5 this year.
She was stopped on Roose Road where it was found she had no licence or insurance.
The 31-year-old received had six points put on her provisional licence.
The Greenhill Close resident has been given a community order of 250 hours of unpaid work and was told to pay £242.75 in fines and court costs.
