A West Cumbrian man has been fined for an assault.
Ethan Kevin Scowcroft, 28, of Moresby Parks in Whitehaven, admitted assaulting Richard Sim by beating him on August 25.
Magistrates heard the incident happened in Whitehaven.
Scowcroft appeared at the magistrates court in Workington last week.
He was fined £356 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
