North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington.
An Egremont man is due to appear in court accused of historical child sex offences.
Carl Morgan Donnelly, 62, of The Ferns, will appear at North and West Cumbria magistrates’ court in Workington on Friday.
He will answer three separate charges of indecent assault on a girl.
The first alleged offence is said to have happened between November 1999 and September 2000, when the victim was under 14.
Another alleged sexual assault is said to have happened between September 2000 and September 2001.
The most recent alleged offence would have taken place between September 2001 and September 2002.
The victim of the latter two offences would have been under the age of 16 at the time.
