A MAN has jailed for seven days for breaking a court order.
Curtis James Gaughan, 21, appeared in court after he failed to keep in contact with his offender manager following a spell in prison.
The defendant, of Thwaite Street, Barrow, was charged with failing to comply with supervision requirements by not attending appointments on January 20, 24 and 27.
He admitted the breach when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court.
He was told he had a ‘flagrant disregard for court orders’ and jailed for a week.
