A CHAPEL near Whitehaven will go under the hammer with a guide price of £65,000.
Lowca's Methodist chapel has planning consent and sea views. It will be offered at auction later this month.
Built in 1910, the 1,500sq ft, single-storey chapel has outline planning consent for conversion to a house with a new detached garage and garden.
The chapel’s elevated position, on West Croft Terrace, means it has views out to sea and Whitehaven harbour.
