Failing to stop after an accident has landed a Cleator Moor man in court.
Colin James Simpson, 32, of Keir Hardie Avenue, admitted the charge before West Cumbria Magistrates Court on Friday.
The court heard Simpson was driving a BMW at Cleator Moor on December 28 last year when the incident occurred.
Simpson was involved in an accident on Ennerdale Road where damaged was caused to a Vauxhall Vectra and a Citroen C1 and he failed to stop.
District Judge Gerald Chalk imposed a fine of £130 on Simpson and his driving license was endorsed with seven points.
He must also pay £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
