Askam man accused of fitting tracker to woman's car and setting up Facebook page
AN Askam pensioner has denied harassing a woman by fitting a tracker to her car.
William Robert Simpson, of Blea Beck, is accused of harassing Susan Simpson between June and July of last year.
The 66-year-old is alleged to have been constantly calling and messaging her, contacting her workplace and making allegations against her, setting up a Facebook page about her and fitting a tracker to her car.
He pleaded not guilty at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Wednesday. The trial will take place at the court on February 18.
