Carrying out an assault and damaging property has seen a Moor Row man appear before magistrates.
Jacob Arun Phillips, 25, of Church Street, pleaded guilty to both charges at West Cumbria Magistrates Court.
The court heard Phillips destroyed a flat screen tv to the value of £400 on October 27 at Frizington.
And on the same date he also committed an assault.
Phillips must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, plus costs of £85 and a £90 victim surcharge.
