Antiques expert and TV presenter David Harper will be calling in to the Rosehill Theatre next month, as part of his hilarious one-man stand up show, Unexpected Tales.
Known for BBC TV antiques shows like Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip, Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is, Flog It and For What It's Worth, David has also appeared on other programmes such as The One Show, Celebrity Masterchef, Through The Keyhole, Countryfile, Celebrity Eggheads and The Heaven and Earth Show and will reveal stories from behind the scenes making TV shows, strange situations, working with odd celebrities, big profits, even bigger losses, shockers, historical adventures and disastrous TV appearances.
Talking about the show, David said: “The audience does not need to have a particular interest in antiques to enjoy this show. I will cover subjects ranging from how to build the confidence to appear on TV, money-making schemes, meeting famous characters and humorous real-life experiences from TV and the world of art and antiques… and sometimes fabulous stories are unexpectedly shared by audience members too!” Unexpected Tales will be on December 15 at 3pm.
