Police tape
A bomb disposal team has been called out to a property in Bigrigg.
Police and an Explosives Ordnance Disposal team attended Downfield Lane earlier today, following concerns that a potentially explosive substance had been found at the property.
The EOD team confirmed it was not an explosive substance.
A police spokesman added: "At no time were any members of the public at risk."
