An inclusive cycling taster session is being held at Copeland Stadium, Hensingham.

The event, next Wednesday, is being run by national inclusive cycling charity Cycling Projects.

The Copeland Wheels for All try-out day runs from 11am to 3pm. It aims to remove barriers to cycling, especially for people with disabilities.

Wheels for All offers people the chance to cycle independently or as part of a group.

There will be a range of adapted cycles available on the day.
