TIME is running out for the community to comment on proposals for Copeland Council's polling arrangements.
The council is carrying out its five-yearly Polling Districts and Polling Places Review to ensure all electors have appropriate facilities for voting.
The review includes polling district boundaries, locations of and access to polling stations. It also gives respondents the opportunity to suggest other buildings that may be used for polling.
This second and final round of consultation runs until September 23 and has incorporated feedback received from members of the public and elected representatives during the previous consultation period. The final proposals will be approved in November.
For further information on the current proposals, including maps and details on how to respond, visit www.copeland.gov.uk.
