Families and friends are invited to join in a day of fun with their four-legged friends.
As part of Oak Tree Animal Charity’s 110th birthday celebrations, the family day out will be held at Hammond’s Pond.
The event, entitled 110 Paws for Oak Tree, is all about the dogs and their owners.
From dog training to a free pooch pebble art and craft corner for children, there will plenty to enjoy.
A team of volunteers from the Wetheral-based charity will be on hand to help with any question visitors may have.
The highlight of the day will be the fun dog show, where owners can enter their own dog for just £3 per category.
The day will start at 11am on Saturday at Hammond’s Pond and it will cost just £2 per adult. Children and dogs are free.
