Magistrates Court, Workington
A WEST Cumbrian man was fined after he admitted committing an act of indecency in a town centre.
Carlo Raymond Bone, 34, of South View Road, Whitehaven, appeared at North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington on Friday.
District Judge Gerald Chalk heard that on July 15 Bone was seen urinating in public.
The incident happened on Chapel Street, in Whitehaven town centre.
Bone was fined £60 and must pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.
