Egremont Main Street
AN 81-year-old pedestrian is in a serious condition following a collision with a vehicle.
Police were called to the incident just after 8.20pm yesterday on Egremont Main Street, near to Heron Foods.
An ambulance also attended the scene.
The 81-year-old man was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle in a serious condition.
His condition was said to be 'serious but not life threatening' early this morning.
