Police are investigating a theft from a van in Carlisle this morning.
Taking place between midnight and 7am today, a van on Warwick Road was broken into near to the Greystone Road junction.
A number of tools were taken from the van after entry was forced into the vehicle, which was described by a police spokesman as "secure".
Anyone with any information that may be of assistance to the police in their investigation is asked to contact police on 101, email 101@cumbria.police.uk or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting log 49 of the July 5 2019.
