A man was fined after being threatening or abusive in an incident in Whitehaven.
Isaac Gordon, 63, of Woodstock Lane, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Workington on Friday.
The court heard that Gordon had used threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in Whitehaven on January 31.
He pleaded guilty to the charge.
Gordon was fined £140 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £30.
