A WHITEHAVEN man is due to appear in court on six charges following an incident at the weekend.
Karlum Iliffe, 28, of Westmorland Road, Hensingham, has been charged with failing to stop when required to do so, assaulting three police officers, obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
Iliffe was arrested on Solway View on Saturday at around 8.45pm.
He is due to appear at the magistrates' court in Workington on July 5.
