Cumbria Sexual Health Service has put together an interactive map to help people get tested for sexually transmitted infections.
The plan is to add more locations to the map as more places are able to offer postal kits, which are able to test for infections such as chlamydia and gonorrhoea.
People are advised to get tested every year, as you don’t always get symptoms with these infections.
It is also stressed you should be tested if you change your sexual partner.
By offering a postal kit service to 15 to 24-year-olds it can help remove the stigma of going to a Sexual Health Clinic.
A spokesman for the clinic said: “You can protect yourself against sexually transmitted infections by using condoms. Alternatively, you can attend any of the clinics for free, confidential sexually transmitted infection testing.”
