The case against a Workington man accused of murdering his mother has been delayed for a second time.
Lee Sowerby was due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court last Wednesday, accused of the murder of Mary Annie Sowerby, who was known as Annie, at her Dearham home on January 22.
The 45-year-old, of Honister Drive, Workington, was charged the next day.
His latest hearing had already been postponed from May at the request of prosecutors.
A new date has been set for July 22.
Sowerby has not yet entered a plea.
