A man who failed to comply with a court order has found himself back before magistrates.
Terence Robinson, 34, of Windermere Road, Whitehaven, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Workington.
The court was told that Robinson had failed to provide documentary evidence within a specified time limit to support his failure to attend appointment as instructed on April 23 and 30.
Robinson admitted the breach.
He was ordered to pay a fine of £200 along with court costs of £60.
