Committing assault has left a woman with an electronic tag.
Naomi Doran appeared at Workington's West Cumbria Magistrates' Court to face a single charge.
The court heard that the 26-year-old, of Kinniside Place, Cleator Moor, carried out the assault in Whitehaven on April 20.
Doran admitted the offence.
She was given a 16-week electronically-monitored curfew from 7pm to 6am.
District Judge Gerald Chalk also ordered her to pay £200 in compensation to her victim, along with £85 in court costs and an £85 surcharge.
