A WHITEHAVEN woman was banned after she was caught more than three times over the drink-driving limit.
Ann Evans, 51, of Meadow Road, pleaded guilty to drink-driving when she appeared at the magistrates court in Workington on Friday,
The court heard Evans was driving along Bransty Road in Whitehaven on March 25, when she was found with 107 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcg.
She was banned for 26 months but if she successfully completes a drink-driver rehabilitation course she could see her ban reduced by 26 weeks.
