EMERGENCY services are dealing with a crash involving two vehicles on the A66 near Keswick.
Police were called before 12.55pm following the crash near to the B5289 junction.
At this time there are no reported life-threatening injuries.
The eastbound carriageway between Keswick and Portinscale is closed while vehicle recovery work is conducted.
Delays are to be expected as emergency services deal with the incident.
