A man was ordered to complete rehabilitation and fined after assaulting his partner.
Christopher Paul Royston, 30, of Delph Mount, Leeds, pleaded guilty at the magistrates' court in Workington to assaulting Tania Cross by beating her at Cleator Moor on February 24.
Royston was handed a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £100.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
