Damaging a door without lawful excuse landed a Flimby man in court.
Scott Foster, 28, of Allanby Street, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court.
The hearing was told that, on January 27, Foster intentionally or recklessly caused £80 worth of damage to the internal door at a property in Workington.
On the same date, the court heard, he was found to have a quantity of class-B cannabis in his possession.
Foster pleaded guilty to both offences.
He was fined £400, £85 costs, £80 compensation and a £40 surcharge.
