A TEENAGE woman became aggressive towards another and said she was going to kill her
Rachel Splinter, 19, of Thomas Street, Annan, pleaded guilty to lunging towards and struggling with the woman at nearby Queensberry Street last October. She also admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, kicking a door and shouting and swearing and making threats of violence.
At Dumfries Sheriff Court, she was ordered to be under supervision for six months as part of a community payback order.
